Konstantinos Vossos
Partner
Konstantinos has 30 years of managerial experience in major multinationals. He started his career at Colgate-Palmolive in 1993 where he held Marketing, Sales and Customer Marketing senior roles in Europe and Latin America. In 2005 he joined Frigoglass as Global Head of Marketing and R&D, and in 2009 his passion for Healthcare led him to GSK. In his 10 year tenure at GSK, he held senior General Management roles in Europe and was most recently SVP and Area GM Consumer Healthcare for Southern Europe.
Since 2020, Konstantinos has advised Private Equity firms in the FMCG and Healthcare space and consulted start-ups and SMEs on driving optimal performance. He is currently Managing Director at Sellside Group a US M&A firm.
Konstantinos has a Master’s in mechanical engineering from NTUA and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management – Northwestern University. He speaks fluently English, Spanish and Greek and at intermediate level French and Italian.
Konstantinos is based in Switzerland – he is married and has two adult children studying at the University. In his free time he enjoys downhill skiing, high altitude trekking and meeting with family and friends.
Carmela Mondino Borromeo
Senior Advisor
Carmela Mondino Borromeo is an independent advisor based in Basel, Switzerland, specializing in sustainability and impact investing. She offers comprehensive advisory services across the entire investment value chain, including strategy development, process design, implementation, and portfolio engagement. Her expertise is focused on Private Markets, catering to the specific needs of asset owners, asset managers, and investment managers.
Born and raised in Argentina, Carmela brings a unique perspective, having successfully transitioned her early career from oil and gas operations to sustainable finance. Most recently, she served as the Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Partners Group, where she was responsible for integrating sustainability and impact into their investment process. In this role, she also interacted extensively with clients, investment managers, boards, management teams, and industry associations.
Over her 14-year career, Carmela has been featured in leading industry publications and has participated in panel discussions and conferences globally. Her contributions have earned significant industry recognition, including selection for the Private Equity International 40 under 40 (2022) and Private Equity News’ Twenty Most Influential in ESG (2023). Furthermore, her leadership was instrumental in her previous employer’s inclusion in the DJSI for three consecutive years and in obtaining top UNPRI ratings for their ESG integration approach.
Carmela holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
Chris Rolfe

Chris is a accomplished global business leader with robust skills in developing and advancing growth strategies for early and expansion stage companies. He has experience in technology, consumer, health & fitness, and financial services sectors, and geographically has lived and worked in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
Chris has a strong appreciation for technology and its application to drive business efficiencies, increase revenues, and reduce costs. He has had significant experience in consumer-focused companies in technology, retail, and health club sectors as both a CEO and as a strategic board advisor, where he specifically advises companies on capital raise preparation and execution and building exit strategies for shareholders.
A graduate of Princeton University with an MBA from Columbia University, Chris has been an active member of YPO since 2004 and has held various organizational roles at Chapter, Regional & International levels. He is married to Michelle and has two teenage children. Daily exercise, healthy living, and frequent travel add to his life as a well-rounded and balanced individual.
